Bearing quality testing is usually done in the following ways:

1. Appearance inspection
Appearance inspection is the most basic bearing quality inspection method, including checking whether there are scratches, cracks, deformation and other defects. The bearing surface should be free of oxide skin, pitting, burrs and excessive scratches, and should also be no different when rotating, stuck and loose.

2.size measurement
size measurement is the fundamental aspect of bearing quality inspection, encompassing parameters such as diameter, width, roundness, and flatness. It is essential to utilize high-precision measurement tools like micrometers and vernier calipers in accordance with bearing size standards.
